Water Restrictions
Having access to a good water source is essential to the health of your allotment. There are many solutions for making sure your vegetable plants have a good water supply if there is a hose pipe ban and other water restrictions in place SAVE WATER this can be done in many ways such as a water butt. Water butts are a great way of saving water with sizes available to suit most spaces. It is much easier to fill a watering can from a water butt that is raised on bricks, slabs or a similar type of material. Make sure it has a cover fitted preferably one that lets water in and keeps debris out.
